Summer’s Hopezine 2024 is here!

Editor’s letter

Lately, I’ve been feeling content and have let coincidence into my life – something that feels very spiritual to me. I believe that we can find a great deal of strength and hope, not just in spirituality but also in the lights that illuminate the way for atheists and agnostic people, too. So for this issue I asked friends and colleagues of all faiths and backgrounds to write about their guiding lights that have blessed them with a feeling of hopefulness.

We’ve also headed to the Home of the Racehorse – Newmarket – for a flutter on the horses, for accessibility and for better mental health. One thing that focussing on my spiritual practise has taught me is that life is short and fleeting. So for our summer travel section, there’s a breakaway for stale-old mindfulness and a focus on what’s fun. The take-home from this issue is that guiding light that resides in all of us – where do you find yours? This summer issue is your invitation to get inspired and find out.

Enjoy
